　The body is the main part of the AGV, which is composed of a frame and corresponding mechanical equipment, and is the installation basis for other assembly components.Lead-acid batteries or lithium batteries are often used. The lithium battery can be charged automatically and can work for 24 hours.

　The drive equipment is composed of wheels, reducers, brakes, drive motors and speed controllers, and is the equipment that controls the normal operation of the AGV.

　AGV unmanned guided vehicle navigation system includes magnetic navigation,visual navigation,reflector laser navigation,trackless laser navigation and QR code navigation.

The AGV motion controller mainly accepts instructions from the control center and fulfills the corresponding instructions, and at the same time feeds back its status to the control center in time.

The communication equipment realizes the information exchange between the AGV and the ground control station and ground monitoring equipment.

The safety maintenance equipment is mainly the maintenance of people, the AGV itself and other equipment.

According to the different loading methods of the goods, the AGV transfer system is divided into latent type, traction type, burden type, lifting type, jacking type, drum type, etc.

The information transmission and processing equipment monitors the AGV, monitors the ground conditions of the AGV, and transmits information to the ground control station in real time.
